The full extent of deliberate lies by government ministers was exposed yesterday when it was revealed that Beverley Hughes, the immigration minister, had approved a plan to allow 29,000 citizenship applications without a single passport check being made !

Coming as it does just two days after Tony Blair's speech in Manchester on Global terrorism it shows a staggering disregard for the safety of British citizens !

It also exposes Blair as a totally incompetent charlatan who lives in a fantasy land bearing no relationship to the real world !

It is extremely serious because these applications

were IN ADDITION to the tens of thousands of illegal immigrants getting into this country using bogus marriages or posing as students !

It also puts a further huge burden on the British taxpayer who will have to find £100's BILLIONS to meet the welfare costs which these people will be entitled to claim !

The Home Office has confirmed that Miss Hughes had approved the plan which was apparently instigated by Rosemary Earp, the Deputy Director of the Nationality Group at the Immigration and Nationality directorate based in Liverpool.

Part of a leaked memo read: "...you (Beverley Hughes)

agree to dispense with the routine checking of passports..."

The memo ends with a request for secrecy over the plan:" ...there is no reason why it should be disclosed."

The legality of the policy was even questioned by some officials but they were told it had "ministerial approval", even though some immigration insiders have said that the passport checks "WERE VITAL" !

But of course that doesn't matter to any MP in this corrupt government, who care only about hiding their own absolute failures in everything they have done, even if it means the death of thousands at the hands of terrorists they themselves have given sanctuary to !!
